What is a burn free brick machine?

Burn-free brick is a name for brick machine production equipment. In the process of producing bricks, it is different from the traditional kiln brick making process. 4. Fabric mechanism

Mainly used to feed the materials in the bin into the forming mold. (Pushed by hydraulic cylinder) When the feed bin swings, the motor drives the sprocket, thereby driving the feed teeth to rotate 360 ​​degrees, which can force the materials to be evenly distributed on the mold. At the same time, the vibration box drives the mold to vibrate (low frequency), and the materials can fully enter the mold cavity

5. Mold

The pressure head presses down (upper mold) to pressurize the material + the lower mold vibrates at high frequency (increases the density of the brick) to form.

6. Feeding mechanism

Mainly used for pallet delivery, divided into front feeding plate and side feeding plate, this part is also equipped with a scraper mechanism.

7. Brick transfer conveyor

Mainly used to deliver the formed bricks on the workbench, equipped with a brick sweeping mechanism

8. Hydraulic system

Including hydraulic oil pump, oil cylinder, pipeline, valve/mechanical system, drives the main machine to complete the forming, as well as the actions before and after forming.

9. Control system

7 brick formulas for unburned brick machine:

1. Unburned brick formula fly ash brick:

30% fly ash, 30% slag, 30% saltpeter, 8-10% cement, 0.2% rock sand. (100kg/cm² add 8% cement, 150kg/cm² add 10% cement)

2. Saltpeter brick:

60% rock powder, 3% saltpeter, 8-10% cement, 3% quicklime, 0.2% ash powder.

3. River sand brick:

(1) 60% river sand, 30% rock powder, 10-15% cement, 0.5% mortar treasure.
(2) 0.2% ash powder king, 0.2% early strength agent, 0.2% potassium chloride. (Choose one)

Is the hydraulic block machine better than other block machines?

Those who think so mainly do not know much about the pressure of the hydraulic block machine during vibration molding and the vibration system of the block molding. Take the BH3-1 block machine produced by Bessel Company in the United States as an example.

During vibration molding, the oil pressure of the pressure head cylinder decreases synchronously with the vibration and compaction of the mixed material in the mold box. At this time, the pressure head cylinder is in a low-pressure floating state and it is impossible to apply a lot of pressure; in addition, if a lot of pressure is applied during vibration molding, it means that the vibration load increases significantly, the amplitude is greatly attenuated, and the vibration system cannot vibrate.

Therefore, whether it is a hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical transmission block machine, the block molding mainly relies on vibration to make the material dense and form high strength. In fact, the strength of the block is directly related to the grading and formulation of the raw materials. In addition, the block molding machine with hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical transmission has little difference in molding output. The output mainly depends on the configuration of its auxiliary machine and the automation design of the entire production line.

How to choose a fire-free block machine?

How to select equipment for opening a fire-free brick factory? Is the bigger the equipment, the better? Equipment selection should first be based on your own financial situation and market conditions to configure the equipment. Secondly, according to the production experience of some fire-free block brick factories of SMAT, for factories with the same production scale, a large-scale fully automatic block production line is often not as guaranteed as a production line composed of several small block machines.
