What is a boom pump? A boom pump is a construction equipment that transports concrete to the target location through a multi-section hydraulic boom, integrating pumping, spreading and driving.

The main purpose of concrete boom pumps is to be used in conjunction with concrete batching plants to complete concrete construction tasks such as high-rise buildings, bridges, subways, tunnels, water conservancy projects, etc., especially suitable for scenes with large construction radius and high conveying height.

Working principle of concrete pump truck

Concrete conveying principle: Concrete enters the pumping system from the hopper and is alternately sucked and pushed out by two hydraulically driven pistons to form continuous conveying.

Boom spreading principle: The multi-section boom is driven by hydraulic cylinders to extend, fold and rotate, and the concrete is accurately transported to the target pouring point.

Control system: Supports wireless remote control operation to control pumping start and stop, boom movement, leg extension and retraction and other functions.
