1. Main chassis

The main chassis is the core supporting structure of the entire mixing plant, which is cantilevered. The chassis contains the towing pins and parking legs for the trailer truck, which are used to move and fix the mixing plant. The mixer, cement and water admixture weighing scales are placed on the chassis, and there are inspection platforms and railings around it.

2. Control room

The control room is located at the bottom of the main chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. When in working state, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station; when transported to the site, the control room can be folded up and stored in the bracket, and all control lines do not need to be disassembled.

3. Aggregate batching metering system

Located at the rear end of the mixing plant, the upper part is the aggregate (रेत, stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments, and a heightening plate is provided to increase the storage capacity. It adopts pneumatic sequential door opening operation, and the aggregate metering is a cumulative metering method for multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear bridge and frame legs during work.

4. Belt conveyor frame

The frame is a truss structure connecting the main chassis and the aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame installed inside. It integrates the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing station.

5. External components

6. Mixing host

How to install a mobile concrete batching plant?

Before installing the mobile batching plant, the ground where the equipment is placed must be leveled and hardened to facilitate the placement of the batching plant. Space must be reserved for the crane to park and operate at the installation site. The installation process is as follows:

(1) Use a crane to assemble the front legs and their diagonal braces, and fix the front and rear legs on the ground;
(2) Rotate and lower the control room inside the main body and fix it;
(3) Lift the external boxes on both sides of the main body and fix them;
(4) Remove the transport tooling and install the upper box.
