The mobile concrete mixing plant is mainly composed of 9 parts:

The main chassis is the core supporting structure of the entire mixing plant, which is cantilevered. The chassis contains the towing pins and parking legs for the trailer truck, which are used to move and fix the mixing plant. The mixer, cement and water admixture weighing scales are placed on the chassis, and there are inspection platforms and railings around it.
The control room is located at the bottom of the main chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. When in working state, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station; when transported to the site, the control room can be folded up and stored in the bracket, and all control lines do not need to be disassembled.
Located at the rear end of the mixing plant, the upper part is the aggregate (रेत, stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments, and a heightening plate is provided to increase the storage capacity. It adopts pneumatic sequential door opening operation, and the aggregate metering is a cumulative metering method for multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear bridge and frame legs during work.
