In construction, concrete pump is an indispensable material. 1. Preparation work
Before using the concrete pump truck, a series of preparations need to be done. Make sure that there are no obstacles in the working area of the concrete pump truck for smooth operation.
Check whether the relevant parts of the concrete pump truck, such as the pumping pipeline and hydraulic system, are operating normally to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment. Also prepare enough concrete raw materials and deliver them to the reserve area near the pump truck.
2. Set up the pumping pipeline
During the working process of the concrete pump truck, the setting of the pumping pipeline is very critical. Connect the feed port of the pumping pipeline with the concrete in the reserve area, and ensure that the connection is tight to avoid leakage of concrete.
According to the needs of the construction site, connect the pumping pipeline section by section and fix it with a special clamp to ensure safety and reliability. When setting up the pumping pipeline, you also need to pay attention to the degree of curvature and slope of the pipeline to ensure smooth delivery and uniform distribution of concrete.
3. Start the concrete pump truck
After the preparation work and the setting of the pumping pipeline are completed, the concrete pump truck can be started for formal work. Turn on the power switch of the concrete pump truck and check the working status of the hydraulic system. Open the vent valve on the concrete delivery pipeline to remove the air in it to ensure the continuous delivery of concrete.
Next, deliver the concrete from the mixer truck or the reserve area to the feed port of the pumping pipeline and observe the flow of concrete. After the concrete begins to flow out of the pump truck pipeline, the vent valve can be closed and the delivery power of the concrete pump truck can be gradually increased.
4. Pumping concrete
Once the concrete pump truck is in normal working condition, it can start pumping concrete to the construction site. During the pumping process, the flow and stability of the concrete must be maintained.
If the concrete is not flowing smoothly or blocked, stop pumping immediately and check whether there are foreign objects or blockages in the pipeline. Also pay attention to controlling the pumping speed and pressure of concrete to avoid damage to the construction site.
5. Cleaning and stopping work
After completing the concrete pumping task, the equipment should be cleaned and stopped. The delivery system of the concrete pump truck should be turned off and the connection with the pumping pipeline should be disconnected.
Drain the concrete in the pumping pipeline and rinse it with clean water to prevent the concrete from solidifying in the pipeline. Carefully clean all parts of the concrete pump truck, and inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure safety and reliability when it is used next time.
