What is a stationary concrete batching plant? A stationary concrete batching plant is a concrete mixing equipment installed in a fixed position. The foundation of stationary plants is fixed, and usually requires pouring and installation of concrete foundation. It is mainly used for large-scale and long-term concrete production, such as large construction sites, prefabricated component plants, etc., for continuous and large-scale production of concrete.

Transportation equipment includes aggregate transportation equipment, cement conveying equipment and water pumps. Aggregate transportation equipment includes belt conveyors, draglines, grabs and loaders, among which belt conveyors are the most commonly used aggregate transportation equipment in mixing devices. Cement conveying equipment and additive conveying equipment are composed of bucket elevators and screw conveyors.
Hopper equipment is composed of storage hoppers, unloading equipment (valves, feeders, etc.) and some other auxiliary devices. Hopper equipment plays the role of an intermediate warehouse in production to balance production. In concrete mixing devices, hopper equipment is used in conjunction with automatic scales for batching. Feeders and gates are both unloading equipment for storage hoppers. Gates control the opening and closing of the storage hopper discharge port. Most of them are pneumatic. They have a simple structure and a large unloading capacity. However, they can only control the material flow more evenly when the material is in a completely loose state. It is easier to control the uniform discharge of materials by feeders, and feeders are all electric. There are many types of gates, but the most common type in concrete mixing plants is the fan gate, which is operated by a compressed air cylinder. Aggregates (stone and sand) are fed by gates.
