2. Raw material metering

Powders such as cement and fly ash are transported to the powder metering hopper for weighing through a screw conveyor. After weighing, the powder falls into the aggregate collection hopper. After the metering is completed, the admixture is temporarily stored in the metering hopper and waits for subsequent addition to the mixer truck.

3. Raw material mixing and loading

After the aggregate, powder and admixture are initially mixed in the aggregate collection hopper, they are directly unloaded into the concrete transport mixer truck parked below through the discharge port.

4. Transportation and mixing

After the concrete transport mixer truck receives the raw materials, it adds an appropriate amount of water to the tank of the mixer truck according to the requirements of the mix ratio.
